The item is in new and unused condition

It is returned in original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned without original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Products that have been used, assembled, or modified

Open-box or clearance items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Securely pack your item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
